New Hero Kaja Background Story
The Celestial Palace, home of the gods, was once a busting city patrolled by innumerable Nazar guardians. Any demon who dared approach the city would be overwhelmed by their peerless flying speed and bound by their fearsome lightning whips which would strip their victims of all magical abilities. No demon could escape when pursued by these divine warriors, and thus perpetual peace was maintained in the Celestial Palace. As their leader, Kaja was able to refine the power of lightning into pure energy to control as he so desired, infliciting catastrophic damage to all enemies who faced him, and was charged with directly protecting the ruler of the city. Countless eons ago, after the ruler completed the creation of the city's guardians and departed, the city gardually fell into a state of ruin. When Uranus was actived, the ruler of the Celestial Palace handed down new orders to the Nazar to drive the evil demons from the city and rebuild the Celestial Palace in anticipation of the master's return.New Hero Kaja Stats

New Hero Kaja Skill
Eye of the Storm - Passive
Kaja gains 40% movement speed when attacked by enemy heroes. This
movement speed boost decays over 1 seconds and can be triggered once
every 5 seconds.
Ring of Order - Cooldown: 9.0 - Mana Cost: 60
Kaja releases a ring of electricity that rapidly expands until reaching
its limit and then returns to his body. Units hit by the ring take
150(+20% Total Magic Power) magic damage per second and are briefly
slowed by 30%. When the ring hits an enemy unit, Kaja fires a lightning
bolt, dealing 140 magic damage per second to the nearest enemy target.
This damage gradually increses over time.
Gale Force - Cooldown: 11.0 - Mana Cost: 65
Charges in a specified direction, Dealing 260(+80% Total Magic Power)
magic damage to enemies in his path. When encountering a friendly hero
along the way, this dash will be immediately interupted and the
encountered teammate will be granted a shield. Can be used again within
10% seconds to move again in a specified direction.
Divine Judgment - Cooldown: 60.0 Mana Cost: 150
Dashes forward a short distance, immediately resetting Sword Spike and
shadowblade Slaughter cooldwons, and gaining 2 movement speed for
360(+120% Total Magic Power) seconds. After resetting its cooldown,
Sahdowblade Slaughter can be used to immediately throw 5 daggers, while
using it again will recover 10 daggers.
